What we collect

• Your work email address, when you sign up for the free brief, alerts, or a paid plan.
• Your name and company, if you choose to give them on the signup form. Both are optional.
• The FDA product codes you watch. The codes from your signup and watchlist are how we know which clearances, recalls, and adverse events to send you.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe, not by us. When you subscribe, Stripe processes your card under Stripe's privacy policy; Stripe sends us your email, customer ID, subscription ID, plan, and subscription status so we can manage your account. Card numbers never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To send the free brief, the watchlist alerts, and the weekly brief you asked for.
• To run your watchlist against new FDA clearances, recalls, and MAUDE adverse events.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. Emails are sent through our email provider (Resend) solely to deliver the briefs and alerts. The device data we report on comes from public FDA records (openFDA); we never publish your email, your company, or your watchlist.

Tracking

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social pixels on this site.

Your control

Every brief and alert email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all brief and alert emails. To delete your data entirely, email [email protected] and we will remove your record.
